FOR REALTORS - THE NATURE FIRST IMPRESSIONS PACKAGE
Nature First Tree Care has a new program aimed specifically at Realtors designed to help you sell your listings quicker. The program is called Nature First Impressions and it involves sending a Nature First crew to a given listing to “showcase” the front yard.
Showcasing includes a visit to the site by one of our Certified Arborists to prepare a Yard Overview of the front yard together with a general site assessment. This is followed up by a visit to the site by one of our three-man crews who will perform the following:
● Pruning of front yard trees to include building and roof clearance
● Safety/Hazard pruning of front yard trees to address any liability issues
● Thinning and cleanup of front yard shrubbery and landscaping.
Before and After photographs will be taken. The After photo may be appropriate for inclusion in your printed advertising material.
